Global Sacred Shield

Help Restore What Matters.

Protect sacred places. Help communities rebuild.

Churches and historic religious sites across Europe can suffer damage that takes time, care, and resources to repair. Help connect affected communities with verified restoration support.

Why It Matters

A church or historic religious site is a place of worship, a gathering point, and part of a community's heritage. When it is damaged, recovery takes time, care, and resources. The useful response is verified restoration support, offered with respect for the people who worship and gather there.

About this site

Donation (Europe) is the working name of this website. It is a proposed initiative to help connect communities with verified restoration support for churches and other religious heritage sites in Europe. Legal establishment is still being planned, and this site does not collect payments.

Featured Projects

Verified restoration projects will show a location, what happened, the current status, the responsible organization, and an authorized way to give when one exists.

Projects are being verified. None are listed yet. A Support This Project action appears only when a site is verified and an authorized donation option is available.

How Your Support Helps

An eligible donation can support restoration, repair, and recovery at a documented religious heritage site. The recipient and the purpose have to be identified before any gift is collected.

No amount on this page is tied to a named repair. That connection is published only when it is documented and confirmed.

Trust & Transparency

These are the standards this initiative intends to follow. They are not a claim that a legal organization, registration, or donation process is already in place.

  • Incident claims need reliable sources, with confirmed facts kept separate from allegations.
  • Incident facts, motive, and permission to receive a donation are checked separately.
  • The intended recipient is named before a gift can be collected.
  • Missing information is reported as missing.
  • Restoration and fund-use updates are published when a reliable source supports them.

A direct donation would go to an authorized recipient for a specific site. Foundation-managed fundraising would mean this initiative receives the gift and allocates it under published conditions. Those paths are separate, and neither is open.

Progress reporting waits for a reliable update. This page does not publish partner marks, testimonials, or impact figures.
